The Restaurant Association of Ireland are excited to be collaborating with Technological University of Dublin, Tallaght Campus and Generation Apprenticeship to offer experienced chefs working in Ireland to attain their BA in Culinary Arts = One Day A Week in University – Four Days A Week Mentored In Workplace – Commencing September 24′ – RESGISTRATION OPEN (closing Aug)

Who should apply?
TUD, Tallaght Campus are offering the advanced entry to year 3 of the Chef de Partie Apprenticeship.
This means we are seeking experienced Commis, Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs and/ or Head Chefs who are interested in attaining their Level 7, BA in Culinary Arts (with Business) qualification.
Programme consists of one day a week in university (Thursdays), with four days mentoring while in work – over two years.
Apprentice applicant would require a previous level 6 qualification or extended experience within the professional kitchen environment.

-Agree to terms and conditions of the apprenticeship programme.
-Assign in- house mentor (exec chef) and provide appropriate documentation for registration. (mentor resume/ copy of certifications/ letter of recommendation).
