When over 200 exhibitors commit to participation in a major national trade show at the RDS you know that the Hospitality Sector is in rude good health.

• Honeymoon Concept Suite
• Brew Expo
• RAI Pro Chefs Live
• Tech Village
• Design & Fit Out
• DIT Business Advice Centre
• BAI Cocktail Competition
• Food & Wine Village
• Stonehouse Trade Show (3rd Feb Only)
Hospitality Summit
Speakers include Dermot Crowley of Dalata Hotel Group, Grant Thornton and Crowe Horwath on business growth, capital values and finance while Ciara Lyons from the World’s top review website TripAdvisor will join forces with Yelp on Online Marketing. Our own Pat O’Leary will advise on outdoor catering while Ciara Crossan of Wedding Dates will explain how to increase your share of the expanding Wedding Market.
There is an extensive Food & Wine Pavilion in RDS Hall 3 which will include a Pro Chefs Live Stage where leading members of the Restaurants Association of Ireland will demonstrate dishes that sell and produce margins.
A spectacular 600 Sq. Ft. Honeymoon Concept Suite (by Conbu Design) will provide hoteliers with the latest ideas and inspiration for upgrading any guest room but will be particularly useful for those seeking to capture a bigger share of the Wedding market given the increased volumes expected from overseas same sex weddings. Many exhibitors are also showing furniture, décor, lighting and complete fit out solutions.
The Business Advice Centre provided by DIT College of Catering offers one to one mentoring and business advice on a range of topics and includes a series of Free Admission Seminars on everything from Finance Tools to Kitchen Management and from preventing Fraud to Conflict Resolution.
The Tech Village will is designed to help hoteliers and caterers make the most of the many advances in technology which are now essential to catering to an increasingly ‘online’ consumer including In-Remote Ordering And Reservation System, Room Control Systems, Stock Control, Wi-Fi / Broadband, Communications, Entertainment and Security Systems. Don’t miss the Tech Theatre – details online.
