Dublin Local Food Chain – Producer Showcase

Dublin Food Chain https://www.dublinfoodchain.ie/ are collaborating with the Restaurants Association of Ireland to create an opportunity for Dublin producers with products suitable for restaurants and cafes, to showcase these to chefs and café/restaurant owners. The broad objective is to celebrate what Dublin producers have to offer and get more local food onto local menus.

Time: 10.00 – 12.00

Format:

16 Dublin based food and drink producers will be on hand to taste their products and interact with chefs and café/restaurant owners. At least 15 chefs/café restaurant owners will be on hand to interact with producers.

Whether it is unearthing innovative and inspiring products from Dublin’s newest food and drink talent, or finding those special local ingredients for your menu, this simply cannot be done from your business premises. This is a wonderful opportunity which brings producer personalities and product together.
