Dublin Local Food Chain – Producer Showcase

Dublin Food Chain https://www.dublinfoodchain.ie/ are collaborating with the Restaurants Association of Ireland to create an opportunity for Dublin producers with products suitable for restaurants and cafes, to showcase these to chefs and café/restaurant owners. The broad objective is to celebrate what Dublin producers have to offer and get more local food onto local menus.

“Our strategic focus needs to be on shifting the emphasis by enhancing our national menu and amplifying its strong connection to people and authentic place.” – Fáilte Ireland Food and Drink Strategy 2018 – 2023.

Time: 10.00 – 12.00

Format:

16 Dublin based food and drink producers will be on hand to taste their products and interact with chefs and café/restaurant owners. At least 15 chefs/café restaurant owners will be on hand to interact with producers.

This is a wonderful opportunity which brings producer personalities and product together.
